Pembuatan Modul Pelanggan Sisi Administrator Sistem Informasi Apotek di PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo

Abstract

PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo, sebagai pengembang sistem informasi, telah menyediakan solusi berupa sistem informasi apotek berbasis web. Sistem ini mendukung pengelolaan stok obat, transaksi, hingga pelaporan. Namun, salah satu komponen yang belum terakomodasi dalam sistem tersebut adalah modul pelanggan, yang memungkinkan manajemen data pelanggan secara efektif. Dalam sistem apotek yang sudah ada, pelanggan belum memiliki mekanisme yang memungkinkan mereka mendaftarkan dirisebagai member apotek secara langsung. Keuntungan pelanggan menjadi member adalah dapat melakukan piutang kepada apotek. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan sistem informasi apotek di PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo modul pelanggan Sisi Administrator berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memakai metode scrum. Software yang dipakai yaitu menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, CodeIgniter sebagai framework dan MySql sebagai database.Proyek akhir ini akan menghasilkan sebuah modul pelanggan pada sistem informasi apotek di PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo.

PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo as a developer of information systems, has provided a solution in the form of a web pharmacy information system. This system supports inventory management, transactions, and reporting. However one component that has not yet been incorporated intothe system is the customer module, which allows for effective do not have a mechanism to register themselves as pharmacy members directly. The advantage of becoming a member is the ability to extend credit to the pharmacy. Therefore, this research aims to develop a webbased customer module for the pharmacy information system at PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo. The methodology employed is the scrum method. The software used includes PHP as the programming language, CodeIgniter as the framework, and MySql as the database. This final project will result in tehe creation of a customer module whitin the web-based pharmacy information system at PT Rentalnesia Kreasi Solusindo.
