      Kualitas Biopelet Terhadap Variasi Komposisi Limbah Biomassa dengan Metode Teknologi Olah Sampah di Sumbernya (TOSS)

      Abstract
      Krisis energi fosil dikhawatirkan habis dimasa mendatang sehingga diperlukannya alternatif energi. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan memanfaatkan limbah biomassa yang dapat menghasilkan energi ramah lingkungan dan melimpah. Limbah biomassa mempunyai kapasitas sebesar 12,3% dan belum terkelola secara nasional, sehingga pengolahan limbah tersebut menjadi bahan bakar dapat menjadi solusi pada krisis energi dan mengatasi permasalahan limbah nasional. Penelitian bertujuan menjabarkan proses biodrying pada metode TOSS dan mengevaluasi hasil pengujian kualitas biopelet dengan penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan standar SNI 8966:2021. Penelitian menggunakan metode Teknologi Olah Sampah di Sumbernya (TOSS) dengan memanfaatkan tiga jenis limbah yaitu daun kerai payung, sekam padi, dan buah bintaro, yang menghasilkan output biopelet melalui pertimbangan aspek komposisi. Berdasarkan lima variasi komposisi yang digunakan dalam penelitian, menunjukkan semua variasi komposisi menghasilkan biopelet masuk kedalam kelas 1 untuk uji kadar air dan kelas 2 untuk uji kadar abu sesuai SNI 8966:2021. Hasil penelitian untuk parameter kadar air sudah sama bagus dengan semua penelitian sebelumnya, tetapi untuk parameter kadar abu belum sama bagus dari satu penelitian sebelumnya.
       
      ded. This problem can be solved by utilizing biomass waste, which can produce environmentally friendly and abundant energy. Biomass waste has a capacity of 12.3% and has not been managed nationally, so processing the waste into fuel can be a solution to the energy crisis and overcome national waste problems. The research aims to describe the results of the bio-drying process in the TOSS method and evaluate the results of bio-pellet quality testing with previous research using the SNI 8966: 2021 standard. The research used the Waste Management Technology at the Source (TOSS) method by utilizing three types of waste, namely umbrella sunshade leaves, rice husks, and bintaro fruit, which produced bio-pellet output through consideration of compositional aspects. Based on the five composition variations used in the study, it shows that all composition variations produce bio-pellet into class 1 for the water content test and class 2 for the ash content test according to SNI 8966: 2021. The research results for the water content parameter are as good as all previous studies, but for the ash content parameter, they are not as good as those of one previous study.
