      Abstract
      PT XYZ adalah industri garmen dengan produk berkualitas ekspor. Permasalahan utama yang sering terjadi adalah terkait dengan proses sewing, khususnya dalam tahap cup to frame. Proses produksi cup to frame yaitu tahap penggabunga komponen frame dengan komponen cup. Dalam proses produksi cup to frame ditemui adanya ketidaksesuaian produksi. Ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi mencakup perbedaan antara target yang ditetapkan perusahaan dan jumlah produk yang berhasil dihasilkan. Gap antara target perusahaan dengan hasil produksi aktual sebesar 50,7%. Penulis melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan terhadap waktu baku proses cup to frame menggunakan metode stopwatch. Evaluasi yang dilakukan meliputi waktu siklus, waktu normal, dan waktu baku pada proses jahit cup to frame. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan SOP dan perbaikan terhadap metode jahit yang pada akhirnya menambah jumlah output yang dihasilkan
       
      PT XYZ is a garment company that produces export-quality product. A major issue frequently encountered is related to the sewing process, specifically in the cup-toframe stage. The cup-to-frame production process involves the assembly of the frame component with the cup component. Discrepancies in the cup-to-frame production process have been observed. These discrepancies include differences between the company's target and the actual number of products produced. The gap between the company's target and the actual production output is 50.7%. The author conducted an evaluation and improvement of the standard time for the cupto-frame process using the stopwatch method. The evaluation included cycle time, normal time, and standard time for the cup-to-frame sewing process. The results of this study led to the development of an standard operating procedures and improvements in the sewing method, ultimately increasing the output quantity
