      Abstract
      Pencatatan pelanggaran mahasiswa di Komisi Disiplin dan Kemahasiswaan Sekolah Vokasi IPB University masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku besar, yang menyulitkan pencarian riwayat pelanggaran mahasiswa dan pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan metode Extreme Programming untuk mendukung pencatatan, pencarian riwayat, dan pembuatan laporan yang lebih efisien. Hasil penelitian meliputi modul master data, pencatatan pelanggaran, pencarian riwayat pelanggaran, dan pembuatan laporan. Hasil User Acceptance Testing menunjukkan skor rata-rata tinggi, 4,33 dari 5,00, pada aspek kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan akses data, keakuratan pencatatan, kesesuaian fitur, dan antarmuka pengguna. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi digital yang efisien dan mendukung tata kelola data pelanggaran mahasiswa yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi pengembangan ke depannya mencakup fitur scan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa untuk mendukung pelaporan pelanggaran di lokasi kejadian, integrasi dengan sistem informasi akademik milik kampus, dan laporan statistik interaktif.
       
      The recording of student violations at the Disciplinary and Student Affairs Commission (Komdisma) of IPB University's Vocational School is still conducted manually using ledgers, which complicates the search for student violation histories and report generation. This study aims to develop a web-based application using the Extreme Programming method to support more efficient recording, history searching, and report generation. The research results include master data modules, violation recording, history searching, and report generation. User Acceptance Testing results showed a high average score of 4.33 out of 5.00 in aspects such as ease of use, data access speed, recording accuracy, feature relevance, and user interface. This application is expected to become an efficient digital solution that supports better management of student violation data. Future development recommendations include implementing a student ID scanning feature to facilitate on-site violation reporting, integration with the campus academic information system, and interactive statistical reporting.
