Strategi Penguatan Kontribusi BUMDES terhadap Perekonomian di Kabupaten Wonogiri

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) or Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) are the main driving force in rural economic development. However, many VOEs still face various obstacles that hinder their optimal performance. This causes many VOEs to not have their business entity legality verified, which should be an important foundation for VOEs to expand their cooperation network and develop their business sustainably. This research aims to formulate a strategy to improve the performance of VOEs in Wonogiri Regency using A'SWOT (AHP and SWOT) analysis. This research uses several methods for data collection, namely, observation, in-depth interviews, literature study. The results showed that the basic, growing and advanced category VOEs are in a hold and maintain condition while the developing category VOE were in a grow and develop condition. Based on these results, Based on the strategy analysis using SWOT, there are 4 (four) strategies proposed for basic category VOE, 5 (five) strategies proposed for growing category VOE, 6 (six) strategies proposed for developing category VOE, and 7 (seven) strategies proposed for advanced category VOE.
