      Efektivitas Pupuk NPK 10-10-10 Berbahan Dasar Abu Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit pada Caisin

      Abstract
      Kegiatan pertanian di Indonesia saat ini hampir tidak dapat terlepas dari penggunaan pupuk sebagai bahan untuk mengoreksi kekurangan maupun ketidakseimbangan hara dalam tanah. Pupuk NPK 10-10-10 merupakan pupuk majemuk hasil penelitian di DITSL yang diformulasi dengan menggunakan sebagian sumber K dari abu tandan kosong kelapa sawit. Hasil uji mutu terhadap pupuk NPK 10-10-10 tersebut menunjukkan memenuhi persyaratan sebagai pupuk NPK berdasarkan SNI 2803:2012. Serangkaian percobaan rumah kaca dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan enam perlakuan dan diulang empat kali telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Caisin sebagai tanaman indikator. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pupuk NPK 10-10-10 berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah dan kering, kadar dan serapan hara N, P dan K batang Caisin. Peningkatan dosis pupuk NPK 10-10-10 meningkatkan pertumbuhhan Caisin sejalan dengan peningkatan bobot batang dan serapan N, P dan K. Kualitas pupuk NPK 10-10-10 belum dapat menyamai kualitas pupuk standar yang bersumber dari Urea, SP36 dan KCl pada dosis yang sama.
       
      Agricultural activities in Indonesia are currently almost inseparable from the use of fertilizers to correct nutrient deficiencies and imbalances in the soil. The NPK fertilizer 10-10-10 is a compound fertilizer resulting from research at DITSL, formulated using a portion of potassium source from empty fruit bunch ash of oil palm. The quality test results of the NPK 10-10-10 fertilizer show that it meets the requirements as an NPK fertilizer based on SNI 2803:2012. A series of greenhouse experiments using a completely randomized design with six treatments and repeated four times have been conducted using Caisin as an indicator plant. The results showed that the NPK 10-10-10 fertilizer significantly increases plant height, number of leaves, wet and dry weight, and the N, P, and K nutrient and uptake in the Caisin stems. Increasing the dosage of NPK 10-10-10 fertilizer enhances the growth of Caisin in line with the increase in stem weight and N, P, and K uptake. The quality of NPK 10-10-10 fertilizer has not yet matched the quality of standard fertilizers sourced from Urea, SP36, and KCl at the same dosage.
