Pengembangan Sistem Laporan Sanksi Menggunakan Framework Laravel di Komdisma Sekolah Vokasi IPB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memodernisasi pelaporan sanksi mahasiswa di Komisi Disiplin dan Kemahasiswaan Sekolah Vokasi IPB melalui pengembangan aplikasi web bernama SIPEKA (Sistem Pelaporan Kedisiplinan Mahasiswa). Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, pembuatan Usecase Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, perancangan antarmuka, dan implementasi menggunakan kerangka kerja laravel, dan pengujian. Fokus penelitian adalah meningkatkan kecepatan pelaporan, aksesibilitas informasi, dan integritas data. Evaluasi pengguna menjadi penentu utama penerimaan dan kepuasan terhadap SIPEKA. Hasil diharapkan berupa implementasi SIPEKA sebagai solusi digital untuk manajemen laporan sanksi mahasiswa, dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan dan kestabilan framework Laravel. Kesimpulan dan rekomendasi selanjutnya diuraikan dalam laporan penelitian, dengan harapan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap sistem pelaporan sanksi kedisiplinan mahasiswa di lingkungan Sekolah Vokasi IPB.

This research aims to modernize the reporting of student sanctions at the Disciplinary and Student Affairs Committee of the Collage of Vocational School IPB through the development of a web application called SIPEKA (Student Disciplinary Reporting System). The methods used include system requirements analysis, creation of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, interface design, implementation using the Laravel framework, and testing. The focus of the research is on improving reporting speed, information accessibility, and data integrity. User evaluation is the main determinant of acceptance and satisfaction with SIPEKA. The expected outcome is the implementation of SIPEKA as a digital solution for managing sanction reports, leveraging the advantages and stability of the Laravel framework. Conclusions and further recommendations are outlined in the research report, with the hope of making a positive contribution to the student disciplinary reporting system at the IPB Vocational School.
