      Karakteristik Angka Kecukupan Gizi dan Uji Pasar Strudel Yoghurt untuk Siswa SMP di Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Strudel yoghurt rosella stroberi merupakan inovasi pengembangan produk yoghurt. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG) dan uji pasar produk tersebut. Responden uji pasar terdiri dari 100 siswa SMP di Kota Bogor yang merupakan kalangan remaja awal. Metode uji pasar meliputi analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan AKG, strudel yoghurt rosella stroberi mampu memenuhi 16% energi total, 23% lemak, 14% protein, dan 13% karbohidrat pada remaja perempuan usia 13-15 tahun. Untuk remaja laki-laki usia 13-15 tahun, produk ini memenuhi 19% energi total, 26% lemak, 11% protein, dan 15% karbohidrat. Hasil uji pasar menunjukkan nilai CSI sebesar 87,17%, mengindikasikan kepuasan tinggi dari responden. Meskipun demikian, prioritas utama dalam perbaikan kinerja dapat dilakukan pada atribut diantaranya kemasan mencantumkan informasi yang lengkap, harga sesuai dengan kualitas produk, harga sesuai dengan manfaat produk, produk memiliki bentuk yang menarik dan rasa yoghurt pada strudel dapat dirasakan dengan jelas.
       
      Strudel Yoghurt Rosella Strawberry is an innovative development in yoghurt products. This research analyzed its Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) and market potential with 100 junior high school students, representing early adolescents, in Bogor City as respondents. Market evaluations methods include descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on % RDA for female adolescents aged 13-15, meets 16% of total energy, 23% of total fat, 14% of protein, and 13% of carbohydrates. For male adolescents aged 13-15, it meets 19% of total energy, 26% of total fat, 11% of protein, and 15% of carbohydrates. The market evaluation results show a CSI score of 87.17%, indicating very high customer satisfaction. However, some attributes can be improved, such as providing complete information on packaging labels, aligning price with product quality and benefits, making the product more attractive, and ensuring the yoghurt flavor in the strudel is clearer.
