      Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Pupuk Organik Vermikompos melalui Pendekatan Business Model Canvas

      Abstract
      Peningkatan produksi hasil pertanian memerlukan dukungan dari pupuk berkualitas. Pupuk vermikompos merupakan jenis pupuk organik bernilai tinggi dengan kandungan nutrisi yang lengkap, namun jumlah ketersediaannya masih sangat terbatas sehingga menjadi hambatan untuk mengakses pupuk organik di pasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan model perusahaan dagang pupuk vermikompos ke dalam business model canvas dan merancang alternatif strategi pengembangan yang dapat diimplementasikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi analisis business model canvas dan evaluasi long tail pattern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki potensi besar, tetapi memiliki proses bisnis yang masih konvensional, sumber daya manusia terbatas, dan strategi pemasaran yang belum optimal. Perbaikan dan penyesuaian model bisnis melalui model bisnis long tail diperlukan agar perusahaan dapat menjangkau pasar ceruk, memaksimalkan potensi dari produk, dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang ada. Perusahaan disarankan untuk menerapkan bisnis model long tail yang dilengkapi dengan multi-sided platform.
       
      Increased production of agricultural products requires support from quality fertilizers. Vermicompost fertilizer is a type of high-value organic fertilizer with complete nutritional content, but its availability is still very limited, which is an obstacle to accessing organic fertilizers in the market. The purpose of this research is to identify and map the vermicompost fertilizer trading company model into the business model canvas and design alternative development strategies that can be implemented. The methods used in the research include business model canvas analysis and long tail pattern evaluation. The results showed that the company has great potential, but has conventional business processes, limited human resources, and marketing strategies that are not yet optimal. Improvements and adjustments to the business model through the long tail business model are needed so that the company can reach niche markets, maximize the potential of the product, and optimize existing resources. Companies are advised to implement a long tail business model that is equipped with a multi-sided platform.
