      Analisis Usaha Penjualan Kambing Perah Sapera Lepas Sapih di Indo Natural Farm Cisaat Sukabumi

      Abstract
      Peternakan di Indonesia berkembang pesat, khususnya pada industri ruminansia. Indo Natural Farm, Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat merupakah salah satu peternakan di bidang Kambing Perah. Analisis Usaha ini bertujuan mengkaji usaha penjualan Kambing Perah Sapera Lepas Sapih meliputi dari sistem pemberian pakan, perkandangan, kesehatan, pemasaran dan evaluasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan Analisis Usaha yang dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder untuk pembuatan laporan. Indo Natural Farm adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kambing perah. Bangsa kambing yang dipelihara adalah Sapera dengan total populasi 83 ekor. Berdasarkan analisis usaha yang dilakukan di Indo Natural Farm biaya total sebesar Rp. 37,185,800.00. Dengan penerimaan dalam penjualan Kambing Perah Sapera Lepas Sapih yaitu sebesar Rp. 33,900,000.00. Indo Natural Farm harus menjual Kambing Perah Sapera Lepas Sapih sebanyak 13 ekor agar tidak mengalami kerugian. Serta nilai R/C sebesar 0,9 yang menunjukan bahwa usaha tersebut tidak layak untuk dilanjutkan. Performa reproduksi kambing perah di Indo Natural Farm dapat dibuktikan dari hasil angka kebuntingan 71%, litter size 1,44, mortalitas 1,20%, dan S/C 1,4.
       
      Livestock farming in Indonesia is rapidly growing, particularly in the ruminant industry. Indo Natural Farm, located in Sukabumi, West Java, is one of the farms specializing in dairy goats. This business analysis aims to assess the sale of weaned Sapera dairy goats, including aspects such as feed management, housing, health, marketing, and financial evaluation. The analysis was conducted by gathering primary and secondary data for reporting purposes. Indo Natural Farm is engaged in dairy goat farming, specifically raising the Sapera breed with a total population of 83 goats. According to the business analysis conducted at Indo Natural Farm, the total cost is Rp. 37,185,800.00, while the revenue from the sale of weaned Sapera dairy goats is Rp. 33,900,000.00. The farm needs to sell 13 weaned Sapera dairy goats to avoid losses. Additionally, the R/C ratio is 0.9, indicating that the business is not feasible to continue. The reproductive performance of dairy goats at Indo Natural Farm is demonstrated by a pregnancy rate of 71%, a litter size of 1.44, a mortality rate of 1.20%, and an S/C ratio of 1.4.
