      Pengembangan Produk Cocobarpum dengan Penambahan Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata) sebagai Minuman Tinggi Serat

      Abstract
      Aktifitas fisik yang padat menyebabkan gaya hidup yang salah seperti pola makan yang tidak teratur. Menurut data Kemenkes 2019 sekitar 11 juta kematian diseluruh dunia diakibatkan oleh pola makan yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan produk Cocobarpum dengan penambahan kacang hijau sebagai minuman penunda lapar dan menganalisis tingkat kesukaan responden dan kandungan gizi yang terkandung dalam produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji organoleptic,dan diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan uji Kruskall Wallis dan Man Whitney . Berdasarkan hasil uji Krusskal Wallis seluruh parameter baik Rasa,warna,tekstur,penampilan,dan aroma Responden dapat menerima pengembangan produk cocobarpum dengan penambahan kacang hijau.
       
      Heavy physical activity causes wrong lifestyles such as irregular eating patterns. According to 2019 Ministry of Health data, around 11 million deaths worldwide were caused by poor diet. This research aims to develop Cocobarpum products with the addition of green beans as a hunger-delaying drink and analyze the respondents' level of preference and the nutritional content contained in the product. This research used organoleptic tests, and was processed using SPSS with the Kruskall Wallis and Man Whitney tests. Based on the results of the Krusskal Wallis test, all parameters including taste, color, texture, appearance and aroma, respondents were able to accept the development of cocobarpum products with the addition of green beans.
