      Pengembangan Sistem Antrian Layanan Konsultasi di Direktorat PDLUK Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan

      Abstract
      Direktorat PDLUK Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) telah memiliki sistem antrian layanan konsultasi. Namun, sistem yang ada perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan antrian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem antrian berbasis teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan manajemen antrian secara realtime dengan menambahkan integrasi notifikasi otomatis melalui WhatsApp, sistem pendaftaran akun PJM (Penanggung Jawab Materi), serta modul rating dan review. Metode yang digunakan yaitu prototyping, Framework Laravel. Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem antrian layanan konsultasi menggunakan metode black box testing dan Acunetix Web Vulnerability. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan tidak ada fitur yang mengalami kegagalan. Selain itu, hasil pengujian menggunakan vulnerability assessment memperoleh skor low level 1 yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem baru yang dikembangkan berhasil memenuhi standar keamanan yang memadai.
       
      The Directorate of PDLUK of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) already has a consultation service queue system. However, the existing system needs to be further developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of queue management. This study aims to develop a technology-based queue system that can improve queue management in real time by adding automatic notification integration via WhatsApp, a PJM (Material Responsible) account registration system, and module ratings and reviews. The methods used are prototyping, Laravel Framework. Testing was carried out on the consultation service queue system using the black box testing method and Acunetix Web Vulnerability. The test results using the black box method showed that the system functioned well and no features failed. In addition, the test results using the vulnerability assessment obtained a low level 1 score which indicates that the new system developed successfully met adequate security standards.
