Bamboo Sanctuary Pancawati (BSP) menawarkan suasana pedesaan dengan lingkungan yang masih terjaga, sehingga dapat dikemas sebagai wisata pendidikan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan wisata pendidikan lingkungan di BSP. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, studi literatur, serta wawancara kepada pengelola, pengunjung, masyarakat dan komunitas pendidikan lingkungan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Tema perencanaan wisata pendidikan lingkungan ini adalah “Wisata Pendidikan Lingkungan dan Bambu untuk meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap lingkungan”. Materi yang diangkat meliputi pengenalan serangga, burung, pohon, bambu, dan ekosistem di BSP dengan aktivitas berupa eksplorasi serangga, eksplorasi pohon, birdwatching, susur sungai, belajar tani, agroeduwisata, wisata bambu, tamasya desa, dan pentas konservasi. Ruang wisata dibagi menjadi empat, yaitu ruang penerimaan, pelayanan dan penunjang wisata, aktivitas wisata, dan konservasi. Fasilitas wisata meliputi pusat informasi, media interpretasi, birdwatching deck, greenhouse, dan pengolahan kompos. Bamboo Sanctuary Pancawati (BSP) offers a rural atmosphere with maintained environment, potential for environmental education tourism. This study aims to develop a plan for environmental education tourism at BSP. Data were collected through field observation, literature reviews, and interviews with managers, visitors, local communities, and environmental education groups, and analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The planning of environmental education tourism in this site raised the theme “Environmental and bamboo educational tourism, a means to enhance appreciation for nature and the environment”. The subjects will focus on the introduction to insects, birds, trees, and ecosystems at BSP through activities that include insect exploration, tree exploration, birdwatching, river cruising, farming learning, agrotourism, bamboo tourism, village outings, and conservation performances. The space will be divided into four, i.e. the reception, service and support, tourism activities, and conservation spaces. Facilities will include an information center, interpretation media, birdwatching deck, greenhouse, and compost processing equipment.
