      Abstract

Optimization of farming is an effort to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the cultivation process so that the results obtained are maximized, both in terms of quantity and quality. One effort to strengthen the productivity of freshwater lobster red claw farming is the management of good water quality and feed to produce optimal lobster farming. The purpose of this Special Internship is to optimize the productivity of lobster farming production in water quality and feed management. This Special Internship has a specialty in lobster farming by studying efforts to manage optimal water quality and efficient feed. The water quality produced for the parent pond temperature is 25,6 – 29,9 °C and a pH value of 7.1 - 8.3, the temperature in the incubation and hatching aquarium is 24,3 – 29,6 °C and a pH value of 7,2 – 9,1, while in the larval pond the temperature is 24,5 – 29,9 °C and a pH value of 7,2 – 8,6. The seed pond obtained a temperature of 24,6 – 29,6 °C and a pH value of 7,1- 8,7. The results of water quality measurements show a normal and optimal range for red claw lobster farming at Taster Production.
