      Pemodelan Dispersi Polutan NO2 dan Partikulat dari Cerobong Oven Painting PT Sumitomo Construction Machinery Indonesia

      Abstract
      Polutan NO2 dan partikulat merupakan polutan emisi terbanyak yang dihasilkan dari cerobong oven painting PT Sumitomo construction Machinery Indonesia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan dispersi polutan NO2 dan partikulat di udara ambien serta memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan pengendalian pencemaran udara. Pemodelan dispersi emisi dilakukan menggunakan software AERMOD View. Hasil pemodelan dispersi NO2 musim kemarau didapatkan konsentrasi maksimum sebesar 31,92 µg/m3 pada jarak 560 meter searah angin dominan, sedangkan pada musim hujan didapatkan konsentrasi maksimum sebesar 14,1µg/m3 pada jarak 600 meter searah angin dominan. Hasil pemodelan dispersi partikulat pada musim kemarau didapatkan konsentrasi maksimum sebesar 0,155 µg/m3 berada disekitar sumber emisi, sedangkan pada musim hujan didapatkan konsentrasi maksimum sebesar 0,0452 µg/m3 pada jarak 415 meter searah angin dominan. Perencanaan pemantauan lingkungan dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pemantauan kualitas udara terhadap wilayah yang terdampak konsentrasi tinggi. Solusi lain yang dapat diberikan dengan memperbarui teknologi emisi cerobong menggunakan teknologi wet scrubber.
       
      Particulate and NO2 pollutants are the most emitted from the oven painting chimney of PT Sumitomo Construction Machinery Indonesia. This study aims to model the dispersion of NO2 and particulate contaminants in ambient air and provide planning recommendations for air pollution control. Emission dispersion modelling was conducted using AERMOD View software. The results of NO2 dispersion modeling in the dry season obtained a maximum concentration of 31.92 µg/m3 at a distance of 560 meters in the direction of the dominant wind, while in the rainy season obtained a maximum concentration of 14.1µg/m3 at a distance of 600 meters in the direction of the dominant wind. The results of particulate dispersion modeling in the dry season obtained a maximum concentration of 0.155 µg/m3 around the emission source, while in the rainy season obtained a maximum concentration of 0.0452 µg/m3 at a distance of 415 meters in the direction of the dominant wind. Environmental monitoring planning can be carried out by monitoring air quality in areas affected by high concentrations. Another solution can be provided by updating the chimney emission technology using wet scrubber technology.
