      Abstract
      Di era digital yang terus berkembang, tantangan global seperti perubahan iklim dan kerusakan lingkungan menjadi isu yang mendesak dan kritis. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile menjadi solusi yang relevan. Proyek pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan aplikasi mobile berbasis sosial media yang menghubungkan komunitas pencinta lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah scrum, sebuah kerangka kerja fleksibel yang mengedepankan kolaborasi tim dan responsif terhadap perubahan yang mencakup tahapan product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, working increment of the software. Proyek ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Flutter dan arsitektur AWS. Flutter memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi dengan satu code base, sementara AWS memberikan layanan yang aman dan efisien dalam manajemen data dan konten. Hasil pengujian aplikasi dengan metode blackbox menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan karena mampu memenuhi kebutuhan fungsionalitas yang diinginkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa telah berhasil dibuat sebuah aplikasi media sosial berbasis mobile yang memanfaatkan teknologi Flutter dan arsitektur AWS yang mendukung upaya pelestarian lingkungan.
       
      In the ever-evolving digital era, global challenges such as climate change and environmental degradation are becoming urgent and critical issues. To address these challenges, mobile-based application development is a relevant solution. This mobile application development project aims to create a social media-based mobile application that connects environmentalist communities. The method used is scrum, a flexible framework that emphasizes team collaboration and responsiveness to change that includes the stages of product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, working increment of the software. This project uses the Flutter framework and AWS architecture. Flutter enables application development with a single code base, while AWS provides secure and efficient services in data and content management. The results of testing the application with the blackbox method show compliance with the needs because it is able to meet the desired functionality requirements. The results of this research show that a mobile-based social media application that utilizes Flutter technology and AWS architecture that supports environmental conservation efforts has been successfully created.
