Pembuatan Fitur Pencatatan Pembayaran Registrasi Calon Mahasiswa pada Sistem Dynamics 365 Business Central Berbasis ERP

Abstract

Proses pencatatan pembayaran registrasi calon mahasiswa, yang melibatkan unit kerja admisi dan finance pada Universitas XYZ mengalami beberapa tantangan. Proses tersebut memakan waktu dan biaya yang signifikan, serta rentan terhadap kesalahan input data. Dalam konteks ini, implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menjadi solusi untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem ERP menggunakan aplikasi Dynamics 365 Business Central di Universitas XYZ. Pembuatan fitur ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Scrum. Hasil pembuatan fitur pencatatan pembayaran registrasi calon mahasiswa pada sistem ERP Dynamics 365 Business menunjukkan bahwa fitur yang dibuat dapat menjawab tantangan Universitas XYZ mengenai kecepatan, biaya dan akurasi data.

The process of recording registration payments of prospective students, involving the admissions and finance work units at XYZ University, experienced several challenges. The process takes significant time and cost and is prone to data input errors. In this context, the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a solution to answer these challenges. This research aims to implement an ERP system using the Dynamics 365 Business Central application at XYZ University. This step is expected to improve integration between work units, speed up operational processes, reduce administrative costs, and reduce the risk of data input errors. In making the feature of recording registration payments for prospective students in the Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, the Scrum method was chosen as the development method.
