Perancangan User Interface (UI) pada Website Manpower Planning Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD)

Abstract

Website Manpower Planning digunakan untuk proses peramalan sistematis yang menghubungkan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan atau organisasi dengan rencana strategisnya untuk memastikan bahwa kepegawaiannya memadai, berkualitas, dan cukup kompeten untuk mencapai tujuan organisasinya. Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia IPB mengimplementasikan website manpower planning ini yang mana sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan. Adanya website manpower planning ini diimplementasikan agar pihak menejemen perusahaan dapat mengarahkan karyawan secara benar sehingga potensinya berkembang secara efektif, mudah digunakan untuk pengerjaan yang cepat. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada perancangan user interface Manpower Planning berbasis website dengan metode user centered design. Dengan menerapkan UCD pada perancangan user interface sistem Manpower Planning, dipastikan bahwa hasil antarmuka yang dibangun mudah digunakan, intuitif, dan efisien bagi pengguna. Adapun pengujian user interface website Manpower Planning ini menggunakan kuesioner system usability.

The Manpower Planning website is used for a systematic forecasting process that links the human resource needs within a company or organization with its strategic plans to ensure that its workforce is adequate, qualified, and competent enough to achieve the organization's goals. The IPB Directorate of Human Resources is implementing this manpower planning website, which has never been done before. The implementation of this manpower planning website aims to enable the company's management to correctly direct employees so that their potential develops effectively and the tool is easy to use for quick task completion. This research will focus on designing the user interface of the Manpower Planning website using the user-centered design (UCD) method. By applying UCD in the design of the Manpower Planning system's user interface, it is ensured that the resulting interface is easy to use, intuitive, and efficient for users. The testing of this Manpower Planning website's user interface will use a system usability questionnaire.
