Proses Kreatif Desainer Grafis dalam Produksi Video Dokumenter untuk Sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2023 Kota Bogor

Abstract

DPRD Kota Bogor menyadari pentingnya sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 9 Tahun 2023 tentang Pemberdayaan dan Perlindungan Lansia, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesejahteraan lansia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui pembuatan video dokumenter yang menekankan pentingnya Perda tersebut. Visualisasi pada video dokumenter ini sangat berkaitan dengan peran desainer grafis dalam merancang elemen visual yang mampu menerjemahkan konsep dan pesan yang ingin disampaikan secara efektif kepada audiens. Proses produksi video dokumenter dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode desain grafis yang melibatkan berbagai tahapan, termasuk pengembangan konsep visual. Implementasi dari produksi ini terlihat pada penggambaran kondisi dan situasi lansia di Kota Bogor yang dibuat sedemikian rupa agar fokus pada narasi dan pesan utama yang disampaikan, seperti manfaat Perda bagi lansia.Hasil dari produksi ini menunjukkan bahwa peran desainer grafis sangat penting dalam mendukung narasi video dokumenter, terutama dalam menyampaikan pesan yang informatif dan menarik.

The Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Bogor City recognizes the importance of socializing Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 9 of 2023 concerning the Empowerment and Protection of the Elderly, with the goal of raising public awareness about the well-being of the elderly. One of the efforts undertaken is the production of a documentary video that emphasizes the significance of this regulation. The visualization in this documentary video is closely related to the role of graphic designers in crafting visual elements that effectively translate the concepts and messages intended to be conveyed to the audience. The production process of the documentary video was carried out using a graphic design approach, which involves various stages, including the development of visual concepts. The implementation of this production is reflected in the depiction of the conditions and situations of the elderly in Bogor City, designed to focus on the narrative and main message conveyed, such as the benefits of the regulation for the elderly. The outcome of this production shows that the role of graphic designers is crucial in supporting the narrative of the documentary video, particularly in delivering informative and engaging messages.
