      Abstract
      Bisnis industri hamper buah terus berkembang, menunjukkan prospek yang menjanjikan di masa depan, terutama karena modal besar tidak lagi menjadi tantangan utama. Ranum Fruit Gift adalah salah satu bisnis hamper buah yang memulai perjalanan dengan modal minim dan berbagai jenis model bisnis yang telah diuji. Awalnya hanya menjual buah segar kiloan, Ranum Fruit Gift kini menawarkan produk turunan berupa hamper buah. Menghadapi tantangan zaman, perusahaan terus bertransformasi untuk menemukan model bisnis yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas guna merumuskan strategi bisnis yang efektif bagi perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ranum Fruit Gift mengadopsi model bisnis B2C. Value proposition yang diterapkan, yang mencakup tampilan estetis dari bunga dan keranjang hamper yang dapat digunakan kembali, berperan penting dalam membedakan perusahaan dan memengaruhi persepsi pelanggan terhadap produk. Secara keseluruhan, gambaran model bisnis perusahaan sudah sangat baik.
       
      The fruit hamper industry business continues to grow, with promising prospects, especially as significant capital is no longer a major challenge. Ranum Fruit Gift is a fruit hamper business that started the journey with minimal capital and various tested business models. Initially selling only kilos of fresh fruits, Ranum Fruit Gift now offers derivative products in the form of fruit hampers. Facing the challenges of the times, the company continues to transform to find a suitable business model. Therefore, this research aims to identify and map the nine elements of Business Model Canvas to formulate an effective business strategy for the company. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that Ranum Fruit Gift adopts B2C business models. The value proposition applied, which includes the aesthetic appearance of the flowers and the reusable hamper basket, plays a vital role in differentiating the company and influencing customer perception of the product. Overall, the company's business model description is very good.
