      Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Anting-anting (Acalypha indica) dengan Dosis Pupuk Guano dan Media Tanam yang Berbeda.

      Abstract
      Anting-anting (Acalypha indica) termasuk famili Euphorbiaceae merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang sering dianggap gulma namun dapat digunakan sebagai obat karena kandungan senyawa biokimianya. Anting-anting mudah tumbuh akan tetapi pengetahuan tentang pembudidayaannya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dosis pupuk guano dan media tanam yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman anting-anting (Acalypha indica). Penelitian dimulai dari Oktober 2023 hingga Januari 2024 di Gunung Batu, Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dua faktor dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yakni dosis pupuk guano yang terdiri dari empat taraf, yaitu 0, 5, 10 dan 15 g/tanaman. Adapun untuk faktor kedua yakni media tanam yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu, topsoil, topsoil + arang sekam (1:1 v/v) dan topsoil + pupuk kandang sapi (1:1 v/v). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan pemberian pupuk guano dan interaksi pemberian pupuk guano dengan media tanam tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada semua parameter. Pengaruh nyata pupuk guano pada panjang daun terlebar di 1 Minggu Setelah Tanam (MST), bobot kering tajuk, serapan N dan P. Topsoil + pupuk kandang sapi merupakan media tanam terbaik dengan nilai yang nyata tertinggi untuk semua parameter yang diamati.
       
      The Indian acalypha (Acalypha indica) belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family, one type of plant that can be used as medicine because of its biochemical compounds although they are often considered as weeds. Indian Acalypha grow easily but knowledge about their cultivation is still limited. This study aims to determine the best dose of guano fertilizer and a combination of planting media for the growth and production of A. indica. The study was conducted from October 2023 to January 2024 in Gunung Batu, Bogor. The study used a two-factor randomized complete block design with three replications. The first factor is the dose of guano fertilizer consisting of four levels, namely 0, 5, 10, and 15 g/plant. As for the second factor, the planting media consists of three levels: topsoil, topsoil + rice husk charcoal (1:1 v/v), and topsoil + cow manure (1:1 v/v). The results showed that the application of guano fertilizer and the interaction of guano fertilizer administration with planting media did not significantly affect all variables. Significant effect of guano fertilizer on the length of the widest leaf at 1 week after planting (WAP), canopy dry weight, and N and P absorption. Topsoil + cow manure, was the best planting media with the highest significant value for all observed variables.
