      Abstract
      Maraknya pedagang daging sapi di pasar modern dan tradisional di Kota Sukabumi membuat perusahaan CV BWMS perlu melakukan pengembangan bisnis. Dalam hal ini pengembangan yang akan dilakukan oleh CV BWMS adalah menggunakan strategi pengembangan Business Model Canvas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memetakan bisnis BWMS dalam Business Model Canvas, menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari setiap elemen, merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan bisnis terhadap bisnis BWMS sehingga dapat mengimplementasikan strategi pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Model Canvas. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi yaitu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk membantu aktivitas perusahaan, membenahi manajemen perusahaan, memperkuat aktivitas pemasaran, melakukan efisiensi biaya, membuat integrasi produk atau jasa cold storage, melakukan efisiensi biaya, menciptakan inovasi produk, dan melakukan kerjasama kemitraan
       
      The proliferation of beef vendors in modern and traditional markets in Sukabumi City has prompted CV BWMS to pursue business development. In this case, the development to be undertaken by the CV BWMS involves the use theBusiness Model Canvas development strategy. The aim of this study is to map BWMS business using the Business Model Canvas, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each element, and formulate alternative business development strategies for BWMS so that it can effectively implement the planned business development strategies. The Business Model Canvas method was used. The study results in several alternative strategies, including leveraging technology to support company activities, improving company management, strengthening marketing activities, implementing cost-efficiency measures, integrating cold storage products or services, creating product innovations, and establishing partnership collaborations.
