Teknik Pengambilan Gambar dalam Proses Pembuatan Video profile Career Development and Assessment IPB University

Abstract

Media visual menjadi hal yang penting untuk ditampilkan sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif, seperti poster, video dan lainnya. Sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Career Development and Assessment (CDA) IPB University dalam menyampaikan informasi program pengembangan karir dan kewirausahaan melalui video profile. Video profile juga memiliki nilai yang tak hanya informatif melainkan memiliki daya tarik yang memikat audience agar tertarik dan dapat menyerap informasi yang diberikan. Tujuan proyek akhir ini antara lain untuk menjelaskan alur videografer dan menerapkan teknik pengambilan gambar dalam pembuatan video profile CDA IPB. Metode yang digunakan pada proyek akhir ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Proyek akhir membagi alur video profile menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu pra produksi (koordinasi tim, survey lokasi, dan membuat story board), produksi (set kamera, set lighting, set artistic, blocking talnet, dan take shot), dan pasca produksi (transfer data, merapihkan hasil footage, dan evaluasi pra editing). Pengambilan gambar dalam video profile menggunakan beberapa teknik seperti sudut pengambilan gambar (camera angle), ukuran gambar (frame size), gerakan kamera (moving camera).

Visual media is important to display as an effective communication tool, such as posters, videos and others. As carried out by IPB University's Career Development and Assessment (CDA) in conveying information on career development and entrepreneurship programs through video profiles. Video profiles also have value that is not only informative but also has an appeal that attracts the audience to be interested and able to absorb the information provided. The aim of this final project is, among other things, to explain the videographer's flow and apply shooting techniques in making CDA IPB video profiles. The method used in this final project is descriptive qualitative through observation and documentation studies. The final project divides the video profile flow into three stages, namely pre-production (team coordination, location survey, and making story boards), production (camera set, lighting set, artistic set, talnet blocking, and take shot), and post-production (data transfer , tidying up the footage, and evaluating pre-editing). Taking pictures in video profiles uses several techniques such as camera angle, frame size, moving camera.
