      Abstract
      Banyaknya permintaan akan konsumsi ayam membuat bisnis karkas ayam kini semakin bersaing. Analisis usaha ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran karkas ayam broiler pada Ayam Potong Syam. Proses analisis dilakukan selama 10 minggu dengan mengadopsi berbagai metode analisis finansial yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui Biaya (Cost), penerimanaan, pendapatan, BEP (Break Even Point) dan R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio) dan metode analisis non-finansial untuk mengetahui aspek pemasaran dari Ayam Potong Syam. Kegiatan ini mengelola usaha mulai dari input sampai output serta melakukan analisis usaha untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha melalui pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Usaha Ayam Potong Syam menghasilkan total pendapatan Rp. 11.272.104,00 dalam 10 minggu. Hasil perhitungan R/C Ratio sebesar 1,072 yang menyatakan bahwa usaha ini berpotensi layak untuk dilanjutkan.
       
      The high demand for chicken consumption has made the chicken carcass business increasingly competitive. This business analysis aims to formulate a marketing strategy for broiler chicken carcasses at Ayam Potong Syam. The analysis process was carried out for 10 weeks by adopting various financial analysis methods aimed at determining Costs, revenues, income, BEP (Break Even Point) and R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio) and non-financial analysis methods to determine the marketing aspects of Ayam Potong Syam. This activity manages the business from input to output and conducts business analysis to determine the feasibility of the business through the collection of primary and secondary data. The Ayam Potong Syam business generated a total income of Rp. 11,272,104.00 in 10 weeks. The result of the R/C Ratio calculation was 1.072, which states that this business has the potential to be continued.
