      Determinan Keputusan Membayar Zakat Profesi Secara Online Pada Generasi Y dan Z DI DKI Jakarta

      Abstract
      DKI Jakarta yang penduduknya didominasi generasi Y dan Z memiliki potensi zakat profesi yang lebih tinggi daripada penghimpunannya. Penelitian ini menganalisis determinan keputusan generasi Y dan Z dalam membayar zakat profesi online di DKI Jakarta menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data primer dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada generasi Y dan Z, kemampuan menggunakan perangkat digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan sikap penggunaan. Persepsi kegunaan dan sikap penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi menggunakan. Intensi menggunakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan sesungguhnya. Pada generasi Y, persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap penggunaan, sedangkan pada generasi Z, tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Lembaga amil zakat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan infrastruktur untuk mendukung pembayaran zakat profesi online.
       
      DKI Jakarta whose population is dominated by generation Y dan Z has a higher potential value of income zakat than its collection. This study aims to analyze the determinants of generation Y and Z decision to pay income zakat online in DKI Jakarta using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study uses data analyzed by descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results, for generations Y and Z, digital device self-efficacy significantly affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Perceived ease of use significantly affects perceived usefulness and attitude toward using. Perceived usefulness and attitude toward using significantly affect the intention to reuse. For generation Y, perceived usefulness significantly affects attitude toward using, for generation Z, perceived usefulness does not significantly affect attitude toward Zakat institutions should enhance infrastructure to support online zakat payments.
