      Abstract
      Haji merupakan salah satu rukun Islam yang wajib dilaksanakan bagi umat Muslim jika mampu. Tetapi saat ini masa tunggu haji mencapai puluhan tahun, sehingga perlu adanya perencanaan keuangan bagi generasi milenial dan zilenial, salah satunya melalui pembukaan tabungan haji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan generasi milenial dan zilenial terhadap kepemilikan tabungan haji di Jawa Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial dan zilenial yang sudah memiliki tabungan haji di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 200 responden yang dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 4 dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada generasi milenial variabel biaya dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan pada generasi zilenial variabel motivasi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan.
       
      Hajj is an obligation for Muslims who have the ability. The long waiting period to perform Hajj is the reason for the need to plan this worship as early as possible. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decisions of millennials and zillennials towards ownership of Hajj savings in West Java. Respondents in this study are millennials and zillennials who already have Hajj savings in West Java. This study used primary data from 200 respondents who were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods and SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4 software and SPSS version 26. The results showed that in the millennial generation the variables of cost and motivation had a significant positive effect, while in the zillennial generation the variables of motivation and trust had a significant positive effect.
