      Abstract
      MITHA RACHMALIA, Uji Formula Sludge Dengan MOL Bonggol Pisang di Dusun Dangean, Gedangan, Kecamatan Cepogo, Boyolali. Dibimbing oleh ANNISA HAKIM dan TEKAD URIP PAMBUDI SUJARNOKO. Sludge biogas adalah hasil akhir dari pengolahan limbah berupa lumpur yang kaya akan nutrisi, bermanfaat sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi tanaman. Limbah bonggol pisang yang tidak termanfaatkan dapat diolah menjadi campuran zat bioaktivator yang dapat mempercepat pematangan sludge dan mengurangi bau dari sludge. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi formulasi campuran media tanam sludge dan MOL bonggol pisang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perlakuan (P1) 25 ml MOL bonggol pisang, (P2) 30 ml MOL bonggol pisang, (P3) MOL bonggol pisang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) pada aplika Minitab. Jika hasil analisis ragam berbeda nyata (P<0,05) maka akan dilakukan uji lanjutan menggunakan Uji Tukey. Hasil pengamatan berdasarkan hasil analisis suhu pada hari ke-28 tidak signifikan (P<0,05) Pengaruh tidak signifikan ini terjadi karena dilakukannya pengadukan kompos sludge. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sidik ragam pada pH menunjukkan bahwa tidak signifikan (P>0,05). Penambahan aktivator MOL bonggol menghasilkan efek yang serupa terhadap pH kompos sludge biogas yaitu mencapai pH yang optimal. Hasil analisis sidik ragam aroma, tekstur dan warna selama pengomposan menunjukkan tidak signifikan (P>0,05). Kata kunci : Sludge biogas, bonggol pisang, suhu, pH, Aroma, tekstur, dan warna
       
      MITHA RACHMALIA. Sludge Formula Test with Banana Bark MOL at Dusun Dangean, Gedangan, Kecamatan Cepogo, Boyolali. Supervised by ANNISA HAKIM dan TEKAD URIP PAMBUDI SUJARNOKO. Biogas sludge is the end result of waste treatment in the form of nutrient rich sludge, useful as a source of nutrients for plants. Unutilized banna stump waste can be processed into a mixture of bioactivators that can accelerate the maturation of sludge an reduce the odor of sludge. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the formulation of a mixture of sludge planting media and banana pith MOL. This study used a completely randomized design with the treatment pf (P1) 25 ml banana stem MOL, (P2) 30 ml banana stem Mol, (P3) banana stem MOL. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) in minitab application. If the result of the analysis of variance ar significantly different (P<0,05) then further tests will be carried out using the Tuket test. The results of observations based on the results of temperature analysis on day 28 were not significant (P0,05) this insignificant effect occurred because of the stirring of sludge compost. Based on the results of analysis of variane on pH showed that it was not significant (P0,05). The addition of MOL bonggol activator produces a similar effect on the pH of biogas sludge compost, namely reaching an optimal pH. The results of the analysis of variance on sense, texture and color during composting showed no significance (P0,05).
