      Pemanfaatan Ampas Tahu pada Pakan Maggot Budidaya Black Soldier Fly di PT Semen Padang

      Abstract
      Budidaya maggot di PT Semen Padang belum berjalan secara maksimal. Kematian pada maggot pernah terjadi akibat indikasi racun yang tercampur pada sampah organik selain itu, belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) mempengaruhi keberhasilan pada budidaya maggot. Upaya untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut dengan mencari pakan alternatif yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi tinggi dan pembuatan SOP untuk membantu para pekerja. Ampas tahu menjadi solusi yang dapat digunakan menjadi pakan pengganti maupun kombinasi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui ampas tahu mempengaruhi kualitas pakan dengan melihat beberapa parameter yaitu parameter fisik dan kimia. Penelitian yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa perlakuan kombinasi memiliki nilai nutrisi terbaik dibanding dua perlakuan lainnya dengan nilai 44,89% protein, 1.63% karbohidrat, 27,54 lemak, 3,26% air, dan 16,33% abu. SOP dibuat dalam bentuk buku dan barcode untuk memudahkan para pekerja memahami isi prosedur dan tamu dapat mengakses prosedur dengan mudah. Penelitian yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa perlakuan kombinasi memiliki nilai terbaik dari kedua perlakuan lainnya dan SOP dapat membantu para pekerja dan tamu untuk memahami cara pembudidayaan maggot.
       
      Maggot cultivation in Semen Padang hasn't gone to its fullest. Deaths in maggots have occurred as a result of indications of toxins mixed in organic garbage other than the non-existence of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) affecting the success of maggot breeding. Efforts to deal with the problem by finding alternative feeds that have a high nutritional content and making SOP to help the workers. Tofu dregs know to be a solution that can be used as a replacement feed or a combination. Research is done to find out ampas know affects the quality of feed by looking at some parameters namely physical and chemical parameters. The study found that the combination treatment had the best nutritional values compared to the other two treatments with values of 44.89% protein, 1.63% carbohydrates, 27.54 fats, 3.26% water, and 16.33% ash. SOP are made in the form of books and barcode to make it easier for employees to understand the procedures and guests to access the processes. Research has found that the combination treatment has the best value than the other two treatments and SOP can help employees and guests to understand how to cultivate maggot.
