Perkembangan teknologi dan pengetahuan digital di zaman 4.0 saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat dan tak terbendung. Semua bidang kehidupan manusia kini tergantung pada teknologi dan digitalisasi. Pada media sosial yang telah dikelola oleh Hotel Salak The Heritage tidak terdapat informasi mengenai company profile yang bisa diakses oleh customer. Hotel Salak The Heritage memerlukan pembaharuan video company profile untuk bisa menjangkau audiens lebih luas. Video company profile adalah jenis media promosi serta informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk perusahaan. Pada proses pembuatan video company profile melewati beberapa tahap pra produksi hingga pasca produksi. Pada proses produksi, peran DOP dibutuhkan untuk menerapkan teknik-teknik pengambilan gambar pada video company profile. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah diskusi, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka.
