      Abstract

Productive waqf is an Islamic social financial instrument that has potential to be used as a source of village development. Even though Mekarjaya Village in Sukabumi Regency has Advanced Village status in the IDM, this status does not reflect the actual situation of the village. This research aims to develop alternative strategies in developing Mekarjaya Village using productive waqf instruments. The research method used is ANP-SWOT to analyze the priority of the strategies. The results show that Strength is a priority aspect in considering the formulation of productive waqf utilization strategies in village development. The most priority Strength aspect is the village's natural resources, such as bananas, coconuts and sengon which are the village's main agricultural products. The most prioritized Weakness aspect is that access to the village location is difficult. The most prioritized opportunity is the internet network entering the village in 2022. The most prioritized threat aspect is that there is no response from the sub-district government to develop the village. Meanwhile, The most priority strategy to be implemented in village development is increasing village accessibility using waqf funds.
