      Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Ramp UD Abdul Sapari di Kecamatan Panai Hilir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu

      Abstract
      Persaingan antar pengusaha ramp semakin ketat membuat UD Abdul Sapari perlu merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha yang tepat. Usaha ramp merupakan tempat penimbunan sementara tandan buah segar hasil pembelian dari petani kemudian dijual ke pabrik kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi dan mengetahui prioritas strategi. Metode penelitian menggunakan IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, dan QSPM. Kekuatan utama adalah menyediakan jasa pengangkutan tandan buah segar didepan kebun, kelemahan utamanya adalah peralatan operasional harian yang masih sederhana. Peluang utama adalah Potensi lahan dan kondisi daerah yang menguntungkan, sedangkan ancaman utamanya adalah adanya kompetitor pabrik PKS dan pengusaha ramp. Skor matriks IFE sebesar 2,987 dan EFE sebesar 3,641 dimana perusahaan berada pada kondisi internal dan kondisi eksternal yang baik. Matriks IE menunjukkan posisi perusahaan berada di kuadran dua yaitu tumbuh dan membangun dengan penggunaan strategi intensif dan integratif. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan lima alternatif strategi. Strategi yang menjadi prioritas utama berdasarkan QSPM adalah meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pemasok.
       
      Competition among ramp entrepreneurs is getting tighter, so UD Abdul Sapari needs to formulate the right business development strategy. The ramp business is a temporary stockpile of fresh fruit bunches purchased from farmers and then sold to palm oil mills. This study aims to identify internal and external factors to formulate alternative strategies and determine strategy priorities. The research method used IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM. The main strength is providing fresh fruit bunch transportation services in front of the plantation, the main weakness is the simple daily operational equipment. The main opportunity is the potential land and favorable regional conditions, while the main threat is the presence of competing PKS factories and ramp entrepreneurs. The IFE matrix score is 2.987 and EFE is 3.641 where the company is in good internal and external conditions. The IE matrix shows the company's position in quadrant two, namely growing and building with the use of intensive and integrative strategies. The SWOT matrix produces five alternative strategies. The top priority strategy based on QSPM is to improve service quality to suppliers.
