      Penilaian Risiko Perubahan Iklim Di Pesisir DKI Jakarta (Studi Kasus: Kota Jakarta Utara)

      Abstract
      Pesisir DKI Jakarta merupakan wilayah yang menjadi prioritas dalam aksi ketahanan iklim karena berpotensi mendapatkan ancaman bahaya dari laut dan daratan. Penilaian risiko perubahan iklim bertujuan memetakan wilayah berdasarkan tingkat risikonya terhadap ancaman bahaya iklim di masa depan yaitu, cekaman panas, hujan ekstrem, cekaman kekeringan dan banjir rob sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi aksi pada wilayah prioritas. Wilayah dengan kategori risiko sangat tinggi dipengaruhi oleh tingkat ancaman bahaya yang tinggi, profil wilayah yang mudah terpengaruhi oleh dampak buruk, kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi namun rendah pada kapasitas untuk merespon bahaya. Wilayah dengan tingkat risiko rendah memiliki ancaman bahaya rendah dan rendahnya potensi dampak buruk yang dapat dirasakan masyarakat, atau tingginya kapasitas kewilayahan dalam merespon dampak bahaya yang dapat meredam tingkat risiko pada ancaman bahaya tinggi. Lokasi berisiko tinggi paling banyak berada di Kecamatan Cilincing, Tanjung Priok, dan Koja sedangkan wilayah yang tidak terdapat risiko tinggi yaitu Kecamatan Kelapa Gading. Kecamatan dengan wilayah prioritas terbanyak berada di Kecamatan Cilincing, Penjaringan, dan Koja. Berdasarkan identifikasi terhadap indikator aksi yang perlu diintervensi dapat difokuskan pada sektor kesehatan, ekonomi, lingkungan dan infrastruktur, karena sebagian besar wilayah prioritas memiliki kekurangan pada sektor tersebut yang perlu diintervensi untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko.
       
      Coastal area of DKI Jakarta is a priority area in climate resilience action because it has the potential to experience hazard from the sea and land. Climate change risk assessment aims to map areas based on their risk level for future climate hazards, such as heat stress, extreme rainfall, drought and tidal floods, as well as providing recommendations for action in priority areas. Locations with a very high risk category are influenced by a high level of hazard, easily affected by adverse impacts, high population density but low capacity to respond to hazards. Locations with a low risk level have a low level of hazard and a low potential for adverse impacts that can be felt by the community, or a high regional capacity to respond the impact of hazard which can reduce the level of risk. The most high-risk locations are in Cilincing, Tanjung Priok and Koja Districts, while the areas where there is no high risk are Kelapa Gading District. The locations with the most priority areas are Cilincing, Penjaringan and Koja Districts. Based on the identification of indicators that need intervention on action, it can be focused on the health, economic, environmental and infrastructure sectors, because most priority areas have deficiencies in these sectors that need intervention to reduce the level of risk.
