      Abstract
      Pabrik Briket Tanjung Enim PT Bukit Asam Tbk, terjadi ketidaklancaran aliran keluar briket batubara. Dibutuhkan identifikasi pasar potensial briket dan analisis permintaan di pasar Indonesia secara lebih luas terutama di provinsiprovinsi Jawa dan Sumatera untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen berdasarkan keunggulan briket. Perlunya dilakukan riset pasar potensial dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna potensial briket (peternakan ayam, rumah makan, industri makanan) yang berpotensi menggunakan briket, pengecer, agen dan distributor briket. Perluasan distribusi briket melalui kerjasama dengan agen dan distributor. Penggunaan jasa pihak ketiga untuk pengiriman dengan biaya ditanggung pembeli. Pemanfaatan media digital dan demonstrasi penggunaan briket. Penawaran harga diskon untuk pembelian dalam jumlah besar. Preferensi responden memilih sumber energi yang mudah didapatkan dan memiliki panas yang bertahan lama dengan harga murah. Penetapan harga jual yang kompetitif yaitu Rp5.000-Rp10.000 sesuai preferensi pasar.
       
      At the Tanjung Enim Briquette Factory PT Bukit Asam Tbk, there was an irregular flow of coal briquettes outflow. It requires identification of the potential market for briquettes and analysis of demand in the Indonesian market, especially in the provinces of Java and Sumatra to determine consumer preferences based on the advantages of briquettes. It is necessary to carry out potential market research by distributing questionnaires to potential briquette users (Chicken Farms, Restaurants, Souvenir Industries) who have the potential to use briquettes, Retailers, Agents and Distributors of briquettes. Expansion of briquette distribution through cooperation with agents and distributors. Use of third-party services for delivery at the buyer's expense. The use of digital media and demonstrations of the use of briquettes. Discounted price offers for bulk purchases. Respondents' preference is to choose energy sources that are easy to obtain and have long-lasting heat at low prices. Competitive selling price is set at IDR 5,000-IDR 10,000 according to market preferences.
