      Abstract

Financial inclusion indicates the available access to a variety of financial services that meet the needs of the community to enhance their welfare. An analysis was conducted to identify the factors influencing financial inclusion in Indonesia using the panel data regression method with a random effect approach in 33 provinces of Indonesia in 2019 and 2022. These factors include peer-to-peer lending fintech, third-party banking funds, per capita GDP, the number of public bank branches, the number of microfinance institution branches, and average years of schooling. The results of this analysis show that fintech credit, third-party funds of microfinance institutions, the number of public banks, and the average years of schooling have a significant impact on increasing financial inclusion in Indonesia.
