Editing Video Konten Promosi Layanan Aduan Masyarakat dan Media Informasi Diskominfo Kota Bogor
Abstract
Sistem Informasi Aduan dan Saran (SiBadra) adalah salah satu platform Diskominfo Kota Bogor untuk memfasilitasi partisipasi publik. Meski 81,49 persen warga Bogor mengakses internet, hanya 1,16 persen yang mengunduh aplikasi ini akibat promosi yang minim, terutama di Instagram Diskominfo. Tujuan makalah ini menjabarkan bagaimana penerapan editing dalam pembuatan video series promosi layanan aduan masyarakat dan media informasi melalui konten menarik. Menciptakan konten efektif dengan sinkronisasi naskah dan bahasa visual oleh videographer. Proses editing mencakup elemen visual dan audio, serta efek, musik, judul, dan grafik untuk konten yang informatif dan menarik di media sosial. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan pembuatan konten promosi layanan aduan masyarakat Diskominfo Kota Bogor. Video promosi ini mengedukasi masyarakat tentang layanan aduan dan informasi kota dengan studi kasus, penjelasan aplikasi, dan tata cara penggunaan. Tahapan pembuatan konten Instagram meliputi Offline Editing (pengumpulan video, pengelompokan video, pemilihan video, penggabungan video, dan pengeditan kasar), Online Editing (finishing, picture lock, dan mastering and delivery), review dan revisi, serta publikasi. The Complaints and Suggestions Information System (SiBadra) is one of Diskominfo's platforms to facilitate public participation. Although 81.49 percent of Bogor residents access the internet, only 1.16 percent have installed this application due to minimal promotion, especially on Diskominfo's Instagram. The purpose of this paper is to describe how to apply editing in making a video series to promote public complaint services and information media through interesting content. Creating effective content by synchronizing the script and visual language by the videographer. The editing process includes visual and audio elements, as well as effects, music, titles, and graphics for informative and interesting content on social media. The descriptive analysis method is used to explain the creation of promotional content for the public complaint service of Diskominfo of Bogor City. This promotional video educates the public about the city's complaint and information services with case studies, application explanations, and procedures for use. The stages of Instagram content creation include Offline Editing (video collection, video grouping, video selection, video merging, and rough editing), Online Editing (finishing, picture lock, and mastering and delivery), review and revision, and publication.
