      Abstract
      Dodol rumput laut merupakan salah satu produk makanan yang diolah dari rumput laut terutama jenis Eucheuma cottonii. Produk ini diolah secara tradisional oleh masyarakat Kepuiauan Seribu. Beberapa keuntungan produk ini adalah banyak mengandung "dietary fibre", iodium dan kalium dan dipromosikan sebagai makanan rendah kalori.
