      Abstract
      Diskominfo Kota Bogor berkewajiban menyampaikan informasi publik, termasuk layanan aduan masyarakat seperti SiBadra, SP4N Lapor!, PPID, dan emergency call 112. Kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan membuat sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui layanan ini. Sehingga Diskominfo Kota Bogor memerlukan promosi melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram, dengan membuat konten yang menarik dan edukatif. Pada pembuatan konten yang akan dipublikasikan oleh Diskominfo Kota Bogor, peran desainer grafis sangat diperlukan. Makalah ini membahas proses pembuatan konten promosi layanan aduan masyarakat dan peran desainer grafis dalam memproduksi desain konten. Peran seorang desainer grafis yaitu membantu dalam menciptakan visual yang menarik dan informatif, sehingga pesan yang ingin disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh audience atau masyarakat. Melalui desain grafis, Diskominfo Kota Bogor dapat menghasilkan konten yang profesional dan sesuai dengan identitas visual Diskominfo Kota Bogor, dan memperkuat citra instansi di mata publik.
       
      The Bogor City Diskominfo is obliged to convey public information, including public complaint services such as SiBadra, SP4N Lapor!, PPID, and emergency call 112. The lack of promotion means that few people know about these services. So the Bogor City Diskominfo needs promotion through social media, especially Instagram, by creating interesting and educational content. In creating content that will be published by Diskominfo Bogor City, the role of graphic designers is very necessary. This paper discusses the process of creating promotional content for public complaint services and the role of graphic designers in producing content designs. The role of a graphic designer is to help create attractive and informative visuals, so that the message you want to convey can be well received by the audience or society. Through graphic design, the Bogor City Diskominfo can produce content that is professional and in line with the Bogor City Diskominfo visual identity, and strengthen the agency's image in the eyes of the public.
