Analisis Perbandingan Penggunaan Mekari Jurnal terhadap Efisiensi Biaya dan Tenaga Kerja pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor

Abstract

Era teknologi revolusi industri 4.0 di Indonesia mempengaruhi seluruh bidang, salah satunya bidang teknologi. Teknologi bidang sistem akuntansi turut mengalami perkembangan di mana hal tersebut sangat bermanfaat bagi seluruh perusahaan untuk membantu proses pencatatan transaksi yang terjadi. Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor (PPKS UB) adalah perusahaan yang berkembang dan cukup berperan besar dalam industri kelapa sawit yang telah menggunakan sistem akuntansi terkomputerisasi sejak tahun 2012 sampai saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan perbandingan penggunaan sistem akuntansi terkomputerisasi terhadap efisiensi biaya dan tenaga kerja pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor (PPKS UB). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan dari sistem akuntansi terkomputerisasi memberikan efisiensi dalam segi biaya, waktu, dan kinerja bagi Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor (PPKS UB).

The technological era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in Indonesia affects all fields, one of which is the field of technology. Technology in the field of accounting systems has also experienced developments where it is very useful for all companies to help the process of recording transactions that occur. Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor (PPKS UB) is a growing company and plays a major role in the palm oil industry that has been using a computerised accounting system since 2012 until now. The purpose of this study is to describe the comparison of the use of a computerised accounting system on cost and labour efficiency at the Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor (PPKS UB). Data collection was carried out using three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation with descriptive qualitative research. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of a computerised accounting system provides efficiency in terms of cost, time, and performance for the Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Bogor (PPKS UB).
