      Abstract
      Media sosial Instagram merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan dalam komunikasi dengan publik menggunakan media. Penelitian ini membahas upaya peningkatan pengelolaan media sosial Instagram @ayoketamannasional_official sebagai media publikasi informasi dengan menggunakan teori teori “The Circular Model of SoMe” dari Regina Luttrell dalam buku Media Sosial “How to Engage, Share, and Connect”. Terdapat tahap share, optimize, manage, dan engage. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menggambarkan, menerangkan, menjelaskan dan menjawab secara lebih rinci permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Pengelolaan serta upaya dari peningkatan pengelolaan media sosial Instagram @ayoketamannasional_official pada tahap share hingga engage melibatkan partisipasi, kepercayaan pengikut, content planning yang dibuat oleh POKJA Pemasaran Direktorat Pemanfaatan Jasa Lingkungan Kawasan Konservasi (Direktorat PJLKK), pengoptimalan melalui fitur-fitur Instagram yang digunakan Direktorat PJLKK, media monitoring keseluruhan serta akun Instagram @ayoketamannasional_official.
       
      Instagram social media is one of the media used to communicate with the public using media. This research efforts to improve social media content management on Instagram @ayoketamannasional_official as a medium for publishing information using the theory of "The Circular Model of SoMe" from Regina Luttrell in the Social Media book "How to Engage, Share, and Connect". There are share, optimize, manage and engage stages. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at analyzing, describing, explaining, explaining and answering in more detail the problems to be studied. Management and efforts to improve the management of social media content on Instagram @ayoketamannasional_official at the share to engage stage involving participation, trust of followers, content planning created by the Marketing Working Group of the Directorate Pemanfaatan Jasa Lingkungan Kawasan Konservasi (PJLKK Directorate), optimization through Instagram features used by the Directorate PJLKK, media monitoring all content as well as the Instagram account @ayoketamannasional_official.
