Optimasi Tingkat Persediaan Raw Material Purchase Produk Semen di PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia - Narogong Plant

Abstract

Penulisan laporan proyek akhir merupakan penelitian permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan dan menemukan metode penyelesaian yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen persediaan, menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat persediaan dan mengusulkan tingkat persediaan untuk mengefisiensi biaya penyimpanan. Metode penelitian yang sesuai menggunakan metode probabilistik dengan permintaan material yang berfluktuatif dan lead time konstan. Persediaan material yang teridentifikasi mengalami stockout dan overstock mempengaruhi budgeting yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan. Perhitungan analisis abc dilakukan untuk mengetahui material dengan skala kepentingannya. Dalam proses identifikasi didapatkan hasil akar penyebab permasalahan merupakan tipe pemesanan yang minimal memesan diharuskan satu tongkang dan penggunaan material yang tergolong fluktuatif atau tidak menentu. Penggunaan material yang sering dengan biaya yang cukup mahal dapat berpengaruh terhadap budgeting perusahaan. Maka dari itu, rencana solusi yang dilakukan yaitu penyempurnaan perhitungan tingkat persediaan dengan memperhatikan safety stock dan reorder point. Output yang diharapkan berupa perbandingan efisiensi biaya penyimpanan metode existing perusahaan dengan metode sesungguhnya.

Material inventory identified as experiencing stockout and overstock affects the budgeting that has been set by the company. The calculation of abc analysis is carried out to determine the material with its importance scale. In the identification process, the root cause of the problem is a type of order that requires at least one barge and the use of materials that are classified as fluctuating or erratic. The use of materials that are often expensive can affect the company's budgeting. Therefore, the solution plan carried out is to improve the calculation of inventory levels by paying attention to safety stock and reorder points. The expected output is in the form of a comparison of the efficiency of storage costs of the company's existing method with the real method.
