The southern coastal area of Pacitan Regency, especially in six sub districts-Ngadirejo, Sudimoro, Kebonagung, Donorojo, Pringkuku and Pacitan- is included in the red zone prone to tsunamis. This is based on the presence of the Indo-Asutrian slab that passes through the southern coast of Pacitan Regency. Pacitan Regency itself has the potential for coastal tourism which is starting to develop, especially in the southern coastal area. This development is not managed and developed comprehensively, both from the tourism aspect and from the aspect of tsunami disaster resilience. Many coastal tourist sites do not have adequate evacuation routes, there are no maps of evacuation routes and evacuation rooms. This situation will increase the hazard risk factor if it is associated with the existing level of tsunami hazard. Therefore, a coastal tourism plan is needed that prioritizes the safety of visitors in terms of tsunami disaster mitigation but and maximizes tourism potential in the Pacitan Bay Area. This study use Gold (1980) landscape planning method with modifications consisting of preparation, inventory, analysis, synthesis and planning stages. The analytical method used is in the form of spatialanalysis with interpretation of satellite imagery on the suitability of tourism land to tsunami risk, evacuation capacity and tourism development. The output of this research is a map of the Pacitan Bay tourism landscape plan based on Tsunami disaster mitigation.
