      Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, or UMKM contribute to economic activities and provide employment opportunities in Indonesia. This development is not matched by the ability to manage good financial records. The obstacle of unstructured and less detailed financial recording is a problem for Tiara Collection. This research aims to develop a financial transaction recording system that can be useful for Tiara Collection in meeting more complex information needs and supporting future business growth with SAK EMKM as a standard for simple financial recording on a UMKM scale. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method while data was collected using interviews and direct observation methods to identify problems followed by qualitatively analyzing data needs regarding the current condition of Tiara Collection's financial records, the process of preparing a Microsoft Excel-based system, system design, system implementation, and system evaluation with PIECES, comparison before and after implementation. This research produces a financial transaction recording system application that complies with SAK EMKM standards for Tiara Collection UMKM.
