Penyusunan Petunjuk Teknis Systems Applications and Products untuk Manajemen Akuntansi dan Keuangan Proyek Joint Operation PT Hutama Karya

Abstract

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) menetapkan penggunaan Systems Applications and Products (SAP) sebagai perubahan dari Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Konstruksi (SIAK) untuk manajemen proyek Joint Operation (JO). Perubahan ini menimbulkan permasalahan baru, yaitu kurangnya petunjuk teknis untuk penggunaannya. Tujuan laporan proyek akhir ini untuk menjelaskan manajemen akuntansi dan keuangan proyek Joint Operation (JO), menyusun petunjuk teknis penggunaan, serta mengevaluasi penggunaan Systems Applications and Products (SAP) di proyek Joint Operation (JO) menggunakan metode PIECES. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil laporan proyek akhir ini menunjukan pencatatan akuntansi, pelaporan keuangan, dan penggunaan Systems Applications and Products (SAP) di proyek Joint Operation (JO). Selain itu, penerapan Applications and Products (SAP) memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan karena keamanan yang terjamin serta mampu menampilkan data secara cepat, lengkap, dan akurat.

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) determines the use of Systems Applications and Products (SAP) as a change from the Construction Accounting Information System (SIAK) for Joint Operation (JO) project management. This change raises new problems, namely the lack of technical instructions for its use. The purpose of this final project report is to explain the accounting and financial management of the Joint Operation (JO) project, prepare technical instructions for use, and evaluate the use of Systems Applications and Products (SAP) in the Joint Operation (JO) project using the PIECES method. Data collection is done by interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this final project report show accounting records, financial reporting, and the use of Systems Applications and Products (SAP) in the Joint Operation (JO) project. In addition, the application of Applications and Products (SAP) provides benefits for companies because of guaranteed security and is able to display data quickly, completely, and accurately.
