      Abstract
      Perancangan serta pengembangan sistem informasi mengenai informasi kredit salah satu komponen yang diperlukan bagi lembaga keuangan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada para nasabah seperti di PT Pegadaian. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan mengenai prosedur penyaluran kredit KCA. Namun pada saat observasi, hampir sering terdapat keluhan mengenai kurangnya wawasan nasabah mengenai informasi produk gadai di PT Pegadaian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan usulan mengenai pengembangan dari aplikasi sistem informasi kredit gadai. Pengembangan dari sistem ini menggunakan 5 tahapan dari metode prototipe, yaitu komunikasi, perancangan cepat, desain dari perancangan cepat, pembentukan prototipe dan penyerahan sistem ke pengguna. Hasil dan output dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi informasi kredit yaitu Sikap Peduli. Diharapkan dengan pengembangan ini membantu para karyawan di PT Pegadaian Cabang Bogor lebih optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi kredit KCA bagi seluruh nasabah PT Pegadaian khususnya Cabang Bogor dan para nasabah mampu mendapatkan informasi kredit gadai yang lebih memadai sehingga mengurangi terjadinya kredit macet di PT Pegadaian.
       
      Designing and developing an information system regarding credit information is one of the components needed for financial institutions to provide good service to customers such as at PT Pegadaian. This research explains the procedures for distributing KCA credit. However, during observations, there were almost frequent complaints regarding the lack of customer insight regarding pawn product information at PT Pegadaian. The aim of this research is to provide suggestions regarding the development of a pawn credit information system application. The development of this system uses 5 stages of the prototype method, namely communication, rapid design, design from rapid design, prototype formation and delivery of the system to users. The results and output of this research is the development of a credit information application, namely Caring Attitude. It is hoped that this development will help employees at PT Pegadaian Bogor Branch to be more optimal in providing KCA credit information services to all PT Pegadaian customers, especially the Bogor Branch, and customers will be able to obtain more adequate pawn credit information, thereby reducing the occurrence of bad credit at PT Pegadaian.
