      Abstract
      Peningkatan produktivitas dalam industri manufaktur merupakan tujuan utama bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan daya saing industri. PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Narogong Plant sebagai produsen semen terbesar di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan tingkat kinerja peralatan produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Reliability Maintenance dan analisis Risk Priority Number pada peningkatkan produktivitas mesin packer 66H area Packhouse NAR 2. Metode Realibility Maintenance digunakan sebagai identifikasi dan pencegahan potensi kerusakan peralatan dengan melakukan perawatan mesin yang terjadwal. Analisis Risk Priority Number digunakan sebagai identifikasi risiko dan menetapkan prioritas potensi kerusakan yang paling kritis. Hasil dari penerapan ini dapat menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan pemeliharaan mesin yang lebih efektif dan penanganan risiko yang tepat waktu, sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai target produksi yang lebih konsisten dan mengurangi biaya penanganan kerusakan. Melalui penelitian ini, dapat memberikan kontribusi penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi perawatan yang terencana serta mengurangi downtime.
       
      Increasing productivity in the manufacturing industry is the primary objective for companies to maintain industrial competitiveness. As the largest cement producer in Indonesia, PT Solution Bangun Indonesia Narogong Plant faces the challenge of maintaining the performance level of its production equipment. The research is aimed at applying Reliability Maintenance method and Risk Priority Number analysis to enhance productivity of packer machines in the 66H area of Packhouse NAR 2. The Realibility Maintenance method is used for the identification and prevention of potential damage to equipment by performing scheduled machine maintenance. Risk priority number analysis is used to identify risks and prioritize the most critical potential damage. The results of this application can indicate significant improvements with more efficient machine maintenance and timely risk management, so that companies can achieve more consistent production targets and reduce damage handling costs. Through this research, it can make an important contribution for companies to optimize planned care strategies as well as reduce downtime.
