PERANCANGAN SISTEM PELAPORAN LEMBUR BERBASIS WEB PADA KAP TITUS HARYANTO DAN MAYHOTRAJA/Design of Web-Based Overtime System at KAP Titus Haryanto and Mayhotraja

Abstract

Sistem Pelaporan Lembur Berbasis Web dapat dijadikan solusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalah karyawan dan perusahaan. Perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi, dengan adanya sistem ini perusahaan dan karyawan akan dapat dengan mudah untuk mengajukan lembur serta memudahkan bagian terkait untuk proses perhitungan upah lembur karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pelaporan lembur karyawan berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu System Development Life Cycle meliputi tahap analisis sistem, konseptual design, physical design, implementasi sistem dan pengujian dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website pelaporan lembur untuk karyawan KAP THM. / Web-based Overtime Reporting System can be used as a solution in solving employee and company problems. Companies can take advantage of a computerized system, with this system companies and employees will be able to easily apply for overtime and facilitate the relevant parts for the process of calculating employee overtime pay. This research aims to design and implement a web-based employee overtime reporting system. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle including the stages of system analysis, conceptual design, physical design, system implementation and system testing and maintenance. The result of this research is an overtime reporting website for KAP THM employees.
