      Abstract
      Aktivitas transaksi penjualan dan pembelian di Osha Snack dicatat secara manual dan menggunakan alat hitung sederhana seperti buku dan kalkulator. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Bapak Randy Raharja selaku marketing manager di UMKM Osha Snack, pencatatan penjualan dan pembelian pernah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi microsoft excel. Akan tetapi, pencatatan yang dilakukan ini masih menjadi hambatan. Penulis bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi dengan menggunakan program microsoft access untuk mengolah data transaksi penjualan dan pembelian. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Life Cycle atau SDLC. Sistem yang dihasilkan meliputi data produk, data bahan baku, data pelanggan, data pemasok, transaksi penjualan, transaksi pembelian, laporan penjualan, dan laporan pembelian. Melalui evaluasi penerapan sistem yang dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem atau pengelola UMKM, dapat diketahui pengguna sistem merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya perancangan sistem ini.
       
      Sales and purchase transaction activities at MSMEs Osha Snack are manually documented using basic calculation tools like books and calculators. Based on interviews with Mr. Randy Raharja as marketing manager at MSMEs Osha Snack, sales and purchases were recorded using Microsoft Excel software. However, there are still some challenges to retaining records. The author aims to use Microsoft Access to design an application that process sales and purchase transaction data. System development method employs System Development Life Cycle, also known as SDLC. The resulting system consist of product data, raw material data, customer data, supplier data, sales transactions, purchase transactions, sales reports, and purchase reports. Through an evaluation of the system’s application, carried out by administering questionnaires to system users or MSMEs managers, reveals that system users feel considerably aided by the system’s design.
