Evaluasi Performa Produksi Sapi Perah di Peternakan Rakyat KUD Giri Tani Cisarua Bogor
Abstract
Produksi dan kualitas susu di Indonesia lebih rendah dibandingkan susu impor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji produksi dan kualitas susu. Penelitian diawali dengan menghitung produksi susu pada pagi dan sore hari saat pemerahan selama 13 minggu. Selain itu, dilakukan pengujian kualitas nutrisi susu menggunakan milk analyzer. Variabel yang dianalisa adalah produksi susu dilihat dari perbedaan laktasi dan kualitas susu pada berbagai jenis susu (kolostrum, susu transisi, dan susu penuh) meliputi total solid, berat jenis, lemak, Bahan Kering Tanpa Lemak (BKTL), laktosa, dan protein pada susu. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji T pada produksi susu dan Analysis of varience pada kualitas nutrisi susu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat laktasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksi susu (P Milk production and quality in Indonesia is lower than imported milk.
