Abstract

INDAH FUJA MAHARANI. Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Menggunakan Metode Balanced Scorecard pada PT Maju Indonesia. Dibimbing oleh RATIH PRATIWI.

PT Maju Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultan dan penyedia jasa pelatihan. PT Maju Indonesia belum melakukan penilaian kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan dari penulisan laporan proyek akhir ini adalah memperoleh hasil pengukuran kinerja PT Maju Indonesia yang komprehensif, terukur, dan akurat dengan menerapkan metode balanced scorecard. Metode ini akan digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan melalui empat perspektif, yaitu: keuangan, pelanggan, bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil analisa untuk perspektif keuangan dengan 4 indikator menunjukkan kategori cukup baik, hasil perspektif pelanggan menunjukkan kategori sangat baik, hasil perspektif bisnis internal dengan pertumbuhan pendapatan sebesar 1449% menunjukkan kategori sangat baik, serta hasil perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan dengan interval nilai 3,57 dikategorikan sangat baik. Berdasarkan analisis data dari empat perspektif, penilaian kinerja PT Maju Indonesia secara keseluruhan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard menunjukkan nilai total score sebesar 70%. Nilai ini dikategorikan sebagai "Sangat Sehat" dalam kategori A.

PT Maju Indonesia is a company engaged in consulting and training service providers. PT Maju Indonesia has not conducted a company performance assessment. The purpose of writing this final project report is to obtain comprehensive, measurable, and accurate performance measurement results of PT Maju Indonesia by applying the balanced scorecard method. This method will be used to measure company performance through four perspectives, namely: finance, customers, internal business, and learning and growth. The results of the analysis for the financial perspective with 4 indicators showed a good enough category, the results of the customer perspective showed a very good category, the results of the internal business perspective with revenue growth of 1449% showed a very good category, and the results of the learning and growth perspective with an interval value of 3.57 were categorized as very good. Based on data analysis from four perspectives, the overall performance assessment of PT Maju Indonesia using the balanced scorecard method shows a total score of 70%. This value is categorized as “Very Healthy” in the A category.
