      Abstract
      Iklan komersial menjadi salah satu bentuk strategi pemasaran yang populer dalam dunia bisnis. Peruri dengan produk e-Meterainya membutuhkan iklan audio visual dengan format komersial untuk mempromosikan produknya. Iklan audio visual membutuhkan hasil yang kreatif dan berkesan karena iklan ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat promosi, tetapi juga sebagai karya seni yang dapat memengaruhi emosi dan persepsi audiens. Iklan komersial memerlukan konsep kreatif yang dirancang oleh creative director supaya iklan tersebut sesuai dengan karakter produk, harapan perusahaan, dan berhasil memengaruhi audiens. Media yang dipilih oleh Peruri sebagai media periklanan yaitu media lini atas. Laporan proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi bagaimana perancangan creative director dalam membuat konsep kreatif iklan komersial produk e-Meterai Peruri. Perancangan konsep kreatif diurai berdasarkan tahapan produksi iklan yaitu perencanaan, pengambilan gambar dan pengolahan. Creative director bertugas dalam mencari peluang dari desain kreatif perusahaan menjadi cerita dan penyampaian pesan yang menarik dan utuh. Hasil perancangan konsep kreatif membuat pesan iklan menjadi mempunyai daya tarik dan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan konsep kreatif iklan.
       
      Commercial advertising is a popular form of marketing strategy in the business world. Peruri with its e-Meterai product requires audio visual advertising in a commercial format to promote its nproducts. Audio visual advertising requires creative and memorable advertising results because audio visual advertising not only acts as a promotional tool, but also as a work of art that influences the emotions and perceptions of the audience. Commercial advertising requires a creative concept created by the creative director so that the resulting advertisement matches the character of the product, the company's desires, and achieves the goal of persuading the audience. The media chosen by Peruri as advertising media is top line media. This seminar paper aims to provide information on how creative directors design in creating creative concepts for commercial advertisements for Peruri e-Meterai products. Creative concept design is outlined based on the stages of advertising production, namely planning, taking pictures and processing. The creative director is tasked with looking for opportunities from the company's creative designs to become interesting and complete stories and messages. The results of creative concept design make advertising messages attractive and can be used as a reference in creating creative advertising concepts.
